Yes, we think we have an awesome thing going on here at Third Truth but we also have an accurate view that high-impact coaching and consulting is more about listening to the client, asking questions, and understanding the importance of learning from one another. While we know a lot about leadership, organizations, and teams, YOU are the client. Rather than try to sell you and tell you, expect us to listen deeply and ask a lot of questions before moving into solutions.
