With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Jeana Kats founded Third Truth to help leaders and organizations galvanize their unique cultures to inspire and sustain extraordinary performance.
Jeana's positive and practical approach begins with the premise that great leaders cannot afford to see things only one way. They must find truths that lie beyond binary thinking to enhance their personal effectiveness, grow their organizations, and transform their teams.
ABOUT JEANA KATS
Jeana draws on her extensive depth and breadth of experience, having worked across nearly every discipline of the human capital field: human resources, organizational development, change and transition management, learning and development, and leadership coaching.
She has first-hand experience managing and leading teams, large and small, global and local, virtual and face-to-face.
Jeana holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. An ICF-certified leadership coach, she completed specialized training at the Hudson Institute of Coaching. Always a life-long learner, she is in the process of earning an advanced certification in neuroscience-based coaching.
