ABOUT THIRD TRUTH
Third Truth Coaching is based on the premise that even the best leaders get stuck. When faced with high-stakes situations, stress, or ambiguity, it is natural to see the world in either a limited dimension or chaos. Third Truth exists to help leaders expand their capacity to explore truths (third truths, fourth truths, and beyond) that propel beyond "the stuck."
Founded by Jeana Kats in 2021, Third Truth creates the space for leaders to find and develop the capacity to move themselves, their teams, and their organizations forward. Clients span government, high-tech, start-ups, and non-profits.
ABOUT JEANA KATS
Jeana Kats is an executive coach, organization and leadership development practitioner, professional facilitator, and author. She helps leaders and teams navigate transitions, whether stepping into a new role, leading through change, or redefining what comes next.
She brings 25 years of HR, organizational development, and change management expertise, including 20 years at Intel Corporation, seven in Director-level roles. Her global career includes serving as Intel's HR Director for Latin America while based in Brazil, and leading teams and programs across Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East.
Clients describe her as a trusted thought partner who combines immediate approachability with incisive challenge. She listens deeply, contextualizes quickly, and brings both backbone and heart to difficult conversations.
